Welcome to Kalcom

We have created a simple app that changes the way nurses communicate with their patients. Our app aims to digitalize the call light system by providing patients with the ability to send requests to their nurses through a single screen with six key buttons. What makes our app more effective than the current call light system is the two-way feedback mechanism so that patients can reach their nurses without ever wondering without when they will receive care.

With the shortage of nurses, it is imperative that we give them the tools they need to focus on their patients. Kalcoms tools give healthcare workers the ability to focus on what their patients need, providing quality care in a time of scarcity.

We understand that providing quality care takes time. Which is why our system provides healthcare workers with the ability to view patient requests with a click of a button. Giving them the time they need to prepare while also reducing unnecessary steps.

Nurses can now send messages back to their patients regarding when they will be able to fulfill the patients requests.

Nurses can now save time and steps by viewing what their patients need through their phones.

With kalcom's app, you can tell your nurse if you need immediate care. Just press the button at the bottom of the request screen.

Once a nurse finishes the request, they can press complete, and the request disappears from their list.
